Pizza Hut - Littleton

This pizza hat place was my goal. You always get my orders right, never forget sauces or other miscible items, and are friendly. Quality of food is good, consistent and fresh.

Amazing team that takes care of their customers. I drive a bit extra to this pizza hat because of their friendly service and great pizza making!

The delivery driver accidentally delivered my pizza to a neighbor a few houses down. The neighbor, whom I am not acquainted with, brought it to me after opening all of my boxes, resulting in the food being cold. Despite this, Pizza Hut did not offer to remake my food or provide a refund, even though a stranger had gone through all of my food.

The employees are friendly and attentive. Their late hours are convenient. The manager is accommodating when issues arise. Delivery can be either prompt or extremely slow, depending on staff availability. The food quality is comparable to other Pizza Hut locations. However, there may be a shortage of pepperoni even when specifically requested.

I waited for an hour for a curbside pickup at this restaurant. The location was understaffed, so I understood the delay. However, I was initially told it would be ready in 20 minutes, then 5 minutes, then that it was on the cutting table and would be ready in 5 minutes. Eventually, they said they had it and were on the way out. After waiting another 10 minutes, I went inside and waited another 10 minutes. Finally, they came out and told me there was an issue with the pizza and that they had thrown it away. Overall, it was a disappointing experience filled with lies and I would recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs.
