Mcdonald's - Littleton

This particular McDonald's has a terrible system for order pickups. The staff doesn't acknowledge customers when they enter; they stay behind the counter even after making eye contact. They don't greet you or ask if you're there to pick up an order—it's just silence. It's unprofessional and frankly quite disappointing.

This is the only McDonald's that has ever earned my 5-star rating! The staff is always friendly, and I’ve never had any complaints. Food quality: 5/5.

I asked for two 10 pieces of mcnuggets eating got only one when I asked if I got another, they said that I had to wait again in line I asked the other 10 pieces of meal that they did not give me any fries.

A very good service. the self-service computers had problems and the little girl behind the counter was incredibly rude. She was very bad with us and was so unhelpful and rude a grandfather and his grandson they left. it was degraded and should probably revise the concept of service for others. if they want to be treated with ease and respect, they stay away from this place!

Kids not care about order, just got what I did not order. They are more interested in talking about what they will be doing after they get off work. Aurora sucks!
