Alburritos - Littleton

It is safe if it is due to the covid challenge, but our food was not very good. all tasted dry and burned, including chips. it was nice to have the vegan options marked and get the choices, including a hard vegan taco, but ultimately that was not great eating. we hope we will meet it in a bad night.

Wowsers my food was great! I had vegan fajitas (their veggie ones minus cheese) and they were so good! Broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, onions, peppers, and a surprise of some sweet potatoes! So good! My husband had a vegan burger and I guess the entire thing is made in house. He was really happy with his meal too. Our server said that they have expanded their vegetarian and vegan options. Bravo!

Very slow service, atmosphere more like a pub than Mexican. Food just ok. Made several mistakes.

We stopped by here on a long road trip through New England. Roads trips have been rough on us in the past but not that day. We were happy to find out there were several vegan options. Even more, we loved that our served, Johnny (might have been the owner), had a ton of knowledge about what vegan was and he was happy to make the changes for us. None of the ingredients for the dishes had been ruined by unnecessary animal ingredients like pork fat or chicken broth and everything tasted fresh and delicious. I got the veggie burrito with no cheese and I added tater tots topped with verde salsa.
