Chili's Grill - Littleton Rd, Westford

A friend and I had a simple and great dinner at this location. We had the sirloin with avocado entree and we really enjoyed it. We were served with care and great attention (thanks, James! . We would easily return.

None of the order was right said no lettuce n no tomatoes. Add cheese n pickles. I got all lettuce and tomato. The side of fries had about 10 of them in

I alsmost died last time I was here. The server gave me coke instead of coke zero, and my blood sugar spiked over 300 for 6+ hours.

In general it's getting tired. It's in desperate need of a deep clean. I loved the fake accent our waitress put on for us. I think the medieval fair is coming soon and she was practicing on us.

Walked in and was blatantly ignored by staff. Stood there as one woman continuously walked by and looked at us. A party member asked if they were seating and the women said “yes” as she rolled her eyes. There was one table sat in the whole restaurant. There was four staff members standing in the corner by the bathrooms throwing pens around and laughing. Service was awful. Food was fine. Server had dirty fingernails and apron.
