Worst place ever with incompetent workers and disgusting management. Placed a huge catering order and was informed the day before my order was supposed to be picked up that they decided to almost up charge me double what I was quoted even though we went through line by line and calculated all costs and totals with the employee taking the catering order. The person from management called me the day before the event and then told me they couldn't do it for the amount that they had quoted themselves and told me it would cost at least $300 more and that they would not be willing to do it or honor the prices quoted 24 hrs before. Ridiculous service and nasty management who was beyond rude and almost ruined a huge anniversary dinner event for my family! Shame on you, I will most definitely never be ordering from you and will make sure nobody that I know does either.

Walked in because I was serving salmon for dinner and decided it could use a crab cake on the side.. Upon entry, this place is really charming.. the nautical decor and seems clean. Was greeted by Justin whose family owns the spot. He was really friendly and engaging.. showing black and white pics of his grandparents--the most adorable couple. You can't go wrong with someone who appreciates family! I ordered 3 crab cakes to go and they seemed a nice size for the price.. under $10 each. He explained (when I asked) how to prepare them... and the whole lemon I found in the bag was a nice touch. The crab cakes were tasty and had a decent amount of crab (I've definitely had more crab in my cakes before), but overall it was a nice amount. I'm not sure if I overpaid for them, as I'm not grossly aware of the crab cake market, but it seemed reasonable? One of my offices is next door, so I may check back in and try other options on the menu.

Best seafood around- stumbled onto it by mistake a couple of weeks ago. Amazing tuna steaks. Nice and helpful family staff. Highly recommend this place

I moved from Hoboken about a year and half ago and this has been one of my favorite places to get seafood since I accidentally stumbled upon it. The shrimp are the best I've literally ever had and the crab cakes and scallops are superb. Every time I have visitors I grab something from this market and it everything is always a hit. Highly recommends.

I used to visit this seafood market regularly, but I was disappointed during my last visit in December. I ordered a pint of oysters for my mother to make her oyster dressing for our Christmas Eve dinner, and to my surprise, it contained only a quarter full of oysters, with the rest being mostly liquid. To make matters worse, I was charged $45 for it. I later called Lusty Lobster to find out what the typical price for a pint of oysters is, and they told me it's usually $7.99. Given this experience, I won’t be returning to this seafood market.
