Wendy's - Little Rock

I recently visited this Wendy's, and I have to say it was the slowest drive-thru experience I've ever had. It took 14 minutes from the moment I placed my order until I received my food, and when I finally got it, my order was incorrect. I had to go inside to get the right items, and the staff didn't seem very friendly, almost as if I was to blame for the mix-up. This marks the fifth time I've had issues here, and it's always related to slow service. Honestly, the only reason I keep going back is because my wife asks me to.

This Wendy's experience was disappointing. I ordered my meal and, after eating, discovered that my burger was incorrect. I returned it for a correction, but they managed to get it wrong three times. At that point, I asked for a refund. This isn't the first time I've had issues here, and I won't be coming back again.

This particular time I stopped by Wendy’s was because of a mishap on their part. I had an uncooked burger so the nice lady manager by the name of Latricia told me to come back and get my meal on them (Wendy’s). Well when I came back Miss Latricia was out sick so I spoke with another manager by the name of Moana and she was very rude to me. I asked her about getting a drink that if I had to, I would’ve paid extra for and she told me I couldn’t get it and said that she could make me wait until the other manager (who was out sick) got back. The sweet young lady by the name of Kenyatta was very helpful and kind. She made my drink for me and told me not to worry about it. That’s the type of courteous I was looking for especially since I was inconvenienced the first time I came.

Eveytime I go to this Wendy’s it doesn’t matter if there’s 1 car or15 cars the wait is ridiculous. Last night I waited 15 minutes just to place my order, another 15 minutes to pay and 10 minutes to pick up my hamburger. The meat was cold and I had stomach issues all night. Not sure if they are always short staffed or just slow.Won’t be going back there.can’t wait for chick fillet to open down the street.

We went through the drive-through. It was a long wait and we did not mind as we know of the labor shortage. The lady who took our order was friendly and pleasant. Same when we paid and got out order. We just ordered the summer salad with strawberries. We love this salad. We order this salad several times during the summer.
