They should have been ready for the food rush. there were toilet paper over the bathroom floor and no soap in the donators. add that the entire bathroom smelled at acid mop. definitiw will not come back. our dinner and drinks for two were $154. I was horrified in the dirty toilets. it's red lobster. What's wrong?
I was never much of a fan of red lobster, and this place could do with a refreshing drink. the decor feels tired. we were a bit confused when we were told that there would be a 20-minute waiting time for what was an almost empty restaurant. Once we have set ourselves, we understand. our server covered a good part of the floor, and I think there were 1 or 2 more waiting staff on the floor. Instead of killing the staff and having a bad customer experience in the restaurant, they have removed the incoming guests for the staff on the hand. the service was great, we could say that our server bounced, but she never seemed hastened and was always attentive. it never seemed to be rushed. eating was really well prepared, the steak and scallops especially so. I was pleasantly surprised. if they want a good food, at a reasonable price, they give this young something dear.
Years ago my mother worked at this redlobster. it was nice bright, booming with business. determined to take my bf to eat. as soon as we were in the door, I could smell like the dead.) the lobster we are in the regular in a super clean tank. this tank was full of dead lobsters and he smells all the place. we were not there. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. they have to tear it down completely and give it a serious upgrade.
Food was wonderful and so tasty. I just love the crab legs and scampi. Brenda our server is always on top of things and rarely do u have to ask her for something because she's usually ahead of you. Very sweet and makes me want to go back.
The lobster bisque is super salty. There was no flavor, no chunks of anything, just a disgusting amount of salt in a Kraft easy Mac shade of orange thickened mess. The garlic mashed potatoes were stale and seemed to be instant potatoes... And lastly, the baked potato... I thought a baked potato was difficult to mess up, until I opened my box to see a stale reheated, uncut potato. It didn't come with butter or sour cream. What the hell, Red Lobster???
