Panera Bread - Little Rock

Open, ample outside seating, shielded from the parking lot can be sunny and hot in summer. The interior is the standard, warm, orange interior. It's quiet, and a good place to get away to work, while catching a bite. The menu is the standard chain wide menu, but well executed. I don't believe it has the customer operated, computerized order menus (works for me, they are more of a pain and take away jobs from people).

This particular Panera seems to be going down hill. I visit Sunday mornings 2 or 3 times a month to meet friends. The last 2 times they were out of coffee at 9am, once because the soup cooker was broken and they were using the coffee maker to boil water for soup. The last time my sandwich just tasted rubbery from being over microwaved, they were out of cream cheese for bagels because the cooler was left open over night, and they didnt have any cold brew coffee made up. In the past this place has been great, so I wont give them one star at this time.

This review was a 5, several years ago. This location now barely even serves as a passable cafe. Worst customer service imaginable, they ignore you and continue speaking to each other as you approach the counter. And then proceed to feed you, with what I surmise to be scraps. Absolutely not worth your time, take a one minute stroll and hit the Newk’s across the street. This is not a one off event. This is the worst Panera I have EVER been to.

I have never left a review, but I was totally ripped off by Panera on Cantrell Thursday evening. I stopped by last night to pickup dinner. I ordered a full teriyaki chicken sandwich with a side of broccoli cheese soup and a large drink. I got home with my order and there was maybe a couple of bites of chicken with heaps of arugula lettuce and it was on a burned chibotta bun. It was the worst. I paid $19.12 for something I couldn’t even eat. I cleared away the arugula and ate the two bite of teriyaki chicken. I will not be going back to Panera again. I don’t think this place even deserves one star.

Get a free selection of 2 and 1 free bagel errors in the month jan (no add’l buy) loaded to my app, so breakfast lunch was a no brainier. a blueberry band ordered for breakfast. he requested to be cut and roasted. I ordered the chipotle chicken avocado sandwich green goddess salat with Thai lime vinegarette dressing. I love this dress. it is spicy and delicious!
