Moe's Southwest Grill - Little Rock

Hey everyone, this Moe's was very busy and we brought in a large family with a lot of kids. The staff was friendly, extremely polite, and very patient. Someone even came in on their day off to help out with the long line. They were smiling the whole time. I want to give a big shoutout to the team that night.

I ordered 2 fajita kits online from this restaurant. When I realized I hadn't ordered enough, the polite young lady who answered the phone put me in touch with the manager, Lowell. Lowell went out of his way to assist me, quickly grilling more meat and ensuring my order was taken care of. The food was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly. I am now a lifelong customer of Moe's!

First time I've been to a Moe's in a very long time, and first time at this location. Everything was amazing from the beginning the people behind the counter helping prepare the meals were super nice and helpful, guiding me through the process and explaining any questions I had.My food was good as well. I got a bowl with seasoned rice, white chicken, beef, and queso. I was curious about their limited time chili con queso and they let me have a sample to try. I really liked it so I also got a cup of that to enjoy.The restaurant itself was clean and laid out nicely.If I'm in the area again I'll definitely stop by!

The manager is pretty cute. Good with people as well.

The service was excellent, I enjoyed my interactions with the staff and they were memorable. It pays to be nice to the staff at restaurants : Portion sizes are great, very large, I had leftovers for a couple days.Vegetarian options: Yes you can buy vegetarian items here : I liked the guacamole as well, was not very salty to me.Parking: Parking is interesting, it's in such a busy area that it's hard to determine where to exit or enter. It's on a couple busy roads. But gosh dangit I was going to get my Moe's regardless of the parking situation.
