McDonald's - Little Rock

I work at mcdonald. I know when old pommes were eaten to make them fresh. I've been at this place before, and the food was fresh. I won't go back after a game. we waited too long to get warm. it was not worth turning back to solve the problem.

I had just had a medical procedure. My husband was driving me home from Little Rock to Hot Springs. AR. Having something really cold, refreshing and crunchy was an incredibly sweet thought at that moment for me. We drove through the drive through for the normal amount of time. Everyone was polite, fast and efficient. My husband handed me my ice cream cone. With great disappointment I saw a malformed vanilla glob of ice milk sitting on top of the sugar cone. By the time I said something to my husband we had pulled away. I only received half my ice cream. I realize I am complaining about a small issue. But aren't they all small issues.All I ask is that your employees please just fill the order's the way they are trained to. Yes, I have worked fastfood and in the the service industry. Slowest McDonald's ever it just took 20 minutes for 2 cokes with one car infront of me. Breakfast is awful hard biscuits and burned hashbrowns! It's never been this bad . ?

Rude workers. Did not get one order right while I was there. Running food out to cars that are not there. Remaking this lady's order because they gave away to someone else. Made my burger wrong and acted as I I was a problem for wanting some mustard. Then brought me 1. Just 1 and got aggravated when I said. Can I get another. Very UNPROFESSIONAL

Once they get someone to finally answer or take their order without sitting there for 5 minutes, eating is hot and fresh and the people are nice food: 3/5
