We have never had a bad experience or meal here. Best traditional and fusion Thai food we have eaten. Everyone we take there love it.

My husband and I dined at Thai Place last night with our two children. The host was most welcoming. We ordered a mixed entree and golden bags to start. The golden bags were indeed golden, crunchy and moorish. The buttery curry puff pastry was so delicious and I appreciated the addition of peas in the filling. And the mains were something else! We usually steer clear of duck curry as we find the duck is quite fatty but not here! The duck was flavoursome, juicy and cooked to perfection. The heat was perfect too. And the chef's signature mango chicken was so yum! The tropical vibe transported us straight to the islands of Thailand. Coconut rice was a real treat! We are only visiting the Sunshine Coast for three nights but we will definitely return before leaving. We only wish Thai Place would open on the Gold Coast! 5 stars from us!

My partner and I just moved into town and decided to try our local Thai restaurant. The spring rolls were the best we’ve ever had, and both noodle dishes we ordered were delicious. The service was cheery and polite, and we didn’t have to wait too long for food. I’m not usually one to write reviews but this one was well deserved. Best Thai food we’ve had in years, thanks guys!

Can't stop coming back to this place every time we come up to the Coast. Great Thai food with a difference, big serving sizes, fantastic service and ice-cold Singha beer on tap. We bring all of our guests here when they come up to our beach house at Mudjimba and they all love it! Highly recommended!

The food is sensational and the owner was very friendly. We ate the Satay Chicken Sticks BBQ Pork Sticks for entree which were great. It got even better with mains. Beef Penang Cashew Chicken Stir-fry. We will definitely be back
