Bidrage med feedbackThe worst customer service is offered at this dunkin. The workers often get orders incorrect because they do not listen comprehend orders. They are rushing and they will take your change if you pay cash without even giving you the opportunity totip them. The workers have terrible attitude and not IF but WHEN, they get your order wrong, they will call you a liar. There's a far better dunkin 4 minutes away and is worth the drive.
I went to the drive thru today Saturday, August 27th ...I usually ask for same coffee.....this time it was horrible. When I went back to tell them that the order was wrong, a Spanish guy started arguing with me that he 'd made it right and he will addwhat I want, but I did it right .....I KNOW the coffee was wrong because I always request same cold cofee....after that Isaid... well... sorry my mistake ... What HAPPENED to the client is always right . I NEVER complain before.....this time itwas because my order was NOT right. It is FIRST time I see this guy....I think he is new. Before I 've been serviced by Indiansand they are always polite and made a very good coffee for me. But with this guy there......I doubt I go back. It 's a shamethat for ignorant people like this guy they lose customers.
DISGUSTING ATTITUDE AND SERVICE! I believe it is a husband and wife that work the late night drive thru shift. I have been told numerous times how terrible they are especially the man. For years I have been going there and didn?t encounter that side ofhim. Well just now i left and i am extremely disappointed! He couldn?t understand me and started to yell. I left because no onegoes there to get coffee and donuts to get scolded by someone who clearly hates their job!!! I truly hope the owner reads thereviews and does something about the night shift drive crew. He had the audacity to say that it was the first time he ever sawme pulling up to the drive thru! That guy must be suffering from serious dementia and needs to retire or not work thereanymore!!
Great Location! Very good coffee beverages. I go to this location all the time. Very compliant staff, except for one guy during the night shift at the drive-through. The reason why I really like this Dunkin is because the owner is a very compliantguy. If you tell him you had a poor experience or didn 't like your coffee he will work with you to ensure satisfaction (not thatit 's happened many times). But that 's a big plus, because sometimes coffee may just taste a bit off. At any location or anyshop. This is one of my favorite dunkins! Enjoy ? 4 ? 's
This 5 stars goes to the staff! I was in line at the drive thru when I realized I forgot my wallet. I told them I did and I wasn?t going to order anything since I did not have it. I could not get out of line so when I approached the window I went todrive away when they flagged me down. They asked if I wanted a coffee and I said it was ok I forgot my wallet but they thenoffered still to give me a coffee on the house. It was such a nice unexpected gesture and it made my day. Thanks for the cup ofcoffee and great customer service!
