I ordered the Mongolian beef combination plate, which allows you to choose your spice level from one to five. I went with a four but, after tasting it, I requested some chili oil on the side for extra heat. Don’t hesitate to ask for more spice if you like! The flavor was excellent, and the dish included a nice selection of fresh vegetables. It also came with well-prepared fried rice, though I personally would have preferred plain rice. The egg roll was delightful—one of the best I’ve tasted. I recommend trying both the hot mustard and sweet and sour sauce, as they were both above average. Typically, I prefer spring rolls over egg rolls, so I plan to give those a try on my next visit.
