My go to place for a quick bite, good quality food for the most part. No complaints

I placed an online order , arrived at the drive thru and waited for 6 min nobody came to the speaker, so i drive up to the window and it’s 4 people all standing around and i saw two people look at me and they continued to ignore me , i waited 10 more mins at the drive thru window and still no acknowledgement , so i had to literally knock on the window of the drive thru to get attention , wow is all i can say

To sit in the drive thru with no acknowledgment for 5 min . I honk still no answer and then the lack of urgency when I tried coming inside. I decided I didn’t want anything from the terrible service. I assume my stuff would have reflected that. Hire better staff or get some experienced managers in there thank you. I won’t be back and I see the trend of terrible reviews. If you’re the owner and care about this bushfire your staff and get a new one

Waited in the drive through for about 10 min. No one answered. Finally drove up to the window and waited. Honked after about 5 min or so. Finally went inside and there was no one there. My husband yelled and there was no response. I don’t know if they just abandoned the store or didn’t want to take our order but either way, won’t be coming back. Waste of time.

Placed an online order, arrived and was one of 2 vehicles in the drive-thru. Waited 10 minutes for the truck in front of me to move. Finally get to the window, our order is sitting there. Takes her another 2 minutes to get our order together, opens the window, throws our stuff out at me, doesn’t say a word. No good morning. No thank you for coming. Very very poor customer service! We won’t be back.
