However, I have to update my review to two stars. We returned about three months later, and the water park was dirty. To make matters worse, the hot tub was closed for all three days of our stay. I was really taken aback by how much the experience had changed.

My family stayed for a couple of nights, arriving at 2 AM. When I checked in, Holly was incredibly kind and helpful. As a manager in retail, I place great importance on customer service, and Holly's skills in this area are outstanding. We will definitely be returning in the future. Since our kids were sleeping when we checked in, she expedited the process so they could get to bed quickly.

I really appreciate that check-in is at 3 PM and you can stay until noon the next day to enjoy the pool—it's fantastic! The continental breakfast is excellent, which is something I always look for when booking a hotel. However, I do have to mention that the hot tub has been out of service for the last two times I've stayed here, which was quite disappointing.

We spent the night with our two pre-teen sons and our 2-year-old grandson. My wife reserved a suite with a king-size bed and bunk beds for the kids, and we really loved the room. We had a fantastic time in the swimming area with the little one, and the boys enjoyed playing water basketball. The staff was very friendly as well. We'll definitely be back! A+

If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would! I arrived around 5 PM and, although I forgot the names of the two girls at the front desk, they were incredibly polite and friendly! One of them was in training, and she was doing an outstanding job! I will definitely be returning! The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pool area was fantastic! The hot tub was also at the perfect temperature. Thank you for such a wonderful visit!
