Tropical Smoothie Cafe- Lititz

I prefer this tropical smoothie much more than the one in ephrata. Great staff and food! If you?re looking for something refreshing and tasteful this is the place to go!

Ordered on the app very easy..order ready when I hot there (on my way to work) Opened my Flatbread looked good took a bite the chicken was cold..started to wrap it up and there was a nice long blonde hair coming out from the other end of the flatbread..???? This is not the first time?. Not going to bother to call and complain, young girls working who won't care.. Last time this happened the Manager was not remorseful at all..In fact he blew it off as these things happen. Maybe hair nets need to be worn. I sure Miss the previous owners. Never had these issues Reading other reviews was not a shock !!

While the food is fine, and this is one of my kids' go to choices for takeout, the service at this particular location is ridiculous. I can't count the number of times they've gotten our order wrong. Usually this can be overcome by checking the order in store before leaving and having the food remade. If, for some reason, I forget to check it becomes extremely annoying. What's almost more frustrating is the consistent lack of any type of apology for their screw up. I've never seen anything like this. Ridiculous!

Great food and wonderful smoothies! When I was there it was a bit chaotic since it was lunch hour. I recommend that the register person takes names for the orders instead of shouting out smoothie names and food items as multiple people would order the same thing. This makes sure orders are getting to the right person. Just a thought. Overall great place.

I have been to other Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations that I liked better, but overall it was good. At the Millersville location you get to watch them make your smoothie, whereas here, they make them in the back. Also, My smoothie had some chunks in like it hadn't been blended long enough. However, I kind of liked having the chunks in it, so I wouldn't call that a negative.
