I have my sub. The staff was friendly and fast. Little expensive, but not. Go back.

Food is always great! But why do I always have to wait in line for my online/mobile order? I arrive at my pick up time and I still have to wait in line with everyone who hasn't even ordered yet? The waiting area can get really backed up because there are so many different types of customers waiting. Other restaurants in the area that offer mobile ordering have a stand specifically for orders that are paid for and ready to be picked up.

I have never been to this place until today but I got the ham and cheese Diablo and the hoagie was so good, I recommend it to anyone.. But they do not offer fountain drinks.. But do offer cold drinks.. I'll definitely go again..

I reserve 5 stars for truly exceptional places but first impression was fantastic. Looking forward to trying one again. We split a Primo sized chicken suprimo and it was great. Honestly next time I'd add either pesto or bruchetta to it as it was a little dry, but the flavor was on point. The fresh mozzarella slices were thick and the roasted bell peppers were awesome.

Primo's is always extremely delicious, but over the last year, the morale has declined every time I visit. There are typically longer wait times. I do not let that stop me from visiting because everywhere is short-staffed right now so I'm sure that may be the cause of some of the delay. The food is always delicious, but I'd love to see more smiling faces.
