Kfc - LITHONIA

The cashier tries to lie and say they have no change. I told her you didn't blame me for the change because you didn't hold my 89 cents. Then she went to the draw and gave me my change that they do all this in the place where there is a fraud, there was never a lack of changes that the managers hold all the extra money at the end of the day.

Good customer service, but they had my pull-up and park because they wanted to keep their drive. Time down. I'm just ordering a 2 piece with Mac and cheese. Two cars have been parked, they parked the car behind me. He was waiting for my food for over 10 minutes.

Order the side lovers meal with 8 pieces chicken, potatoes / Gravy, Mac cheese, Koleslaw, and cookies. All I got was the chicken and a TON potatoes with one thing of gravity. I wouldn't be upset if they were out of what we ordered, but they just gave us a sealed bag and didn't mention that they left the cookies, Mac cheese and Coleslaw. Then I called the store and they never answered the phone, not surprised tho. Customer service was great and I got a partial refund. This store just doesn't communicate with customers I guess.

Umm... really not sure what to say because I don't want to be mean, except that you don't look up when you wait inside. Also be a mouth-breather while in the bathroom or you 'll definitely gag. My partner on the ambulance looked like she got her food. Let's just say the animals have a good meal. You should be ashamed of this place to make people food. SMALL

Went to try the KFC chicken sandwich today and it was very tasty. Considerably smaller than Popeyes, but it was yummy so I didn't mind. The only negative is I talked to 3 different people on the intercom and it became confusing. I had to repeat my order for person #3. Very odd way if managing the drive thru. I also asked for a Sweet Tea and they had NONE?????. I asked for a Pepsi and down the road, when I took a sip, I realized I was given De. Pepper. ????? They need to work on organization.
