Starbucks - LITCHFIELD PARK

Avoid this location! The staff is nice and friendly but they don't care what you order! My drink has only been made right here once! They don't pay attention to the details and they don't nearly give the amount of pumps of syrup you ask for nor the amount of cream you ask for! So if you want friendliness go here! If you want your drink made correctly steer far from here! I just started going to Dunkin instead! At least they make the drink correctly!

Honestly, I'm tired of staff not paying attention to the details of drinks. I didn't have time to have them correct it but it would be nice to order something and get it made correctly. This is not the first time that my drink has been made incorrectly. I've gotten shaken espressos where they forgot the milk, ordered cold brew and got a chai and now ordered extra cold foam and got the minimal amount. There is no consistency to the beverages which tells me all the staff is trained different. They need to work in that. The drive through is typically quick but none of the staff stands out for me. Very mediocre and lots of room for improvement. Rarely do I go inside but it's always been clean for the most part. Not somewhere to study and relax

This is a first time ever I gave a bad review. Since I have been gold starbucks customer I never have issues but this is second time with manager this location, her name Ck. I purchased a Starbucks cold cup via mobile app and use 400 points to redeem a cup, when I came to the store the staff said a cup was sold out and she game me a cash back( it's about 10.28$ half off price I was shock, and disagreed with them, I said if the cup sold out they should replace another cup or gave me back 400 points or give me 21.67$ same value of cup purchase not 10$. The manager came and give me a long explanation with it is unmake sense . How can I buy another cup 10$. They told me have to show them a receipt with a cup amount I purchased but I told them I used a point to redeem it so it didn't show amount. Another staff came out and yelled at me that's if I pay it's 21.67$ but if I use rewards they only refund half of price.they unavailable to give me back a points that's the best way they can do for me. I only have 2 choices: take a money or report. So I left with a report and call a customer service because how rude they do with me and tell them issues. Customer service gave me back 400 points .

I got my first Starbucks drink on my birthday back in April and it was very delicious! I'm not a big coffee fan but anything that contains fruit is absolutely my favorite. I loved the strawberry refresher.??

This is by far the best Starbucks location in the valley. It is always clean, the staff is friendly and makes an effort to get to know you and your order personally. Amazing team that really works together.
