McDonald's - Listowel

An acceptable experience. The burger was fresh but the fries were old. Service was still quick and the lobby was clean.

I have gone to this location numerous times and each one is the same. They always seem too bothered to serve customers, last time the lady threw my bag at me wide open. Orders are never correct and food is always horrible. I will never go back to this location

6 staff members in the front area, one at cash, we came, we waited, she left, so we decided to follow her suit and left for a place that respects and serves customers. Told staff member by drink machine why we were leaving dissatisfied. He said he would share the information. Getting to the point where a trip to Elmira would be worth the effort. Since John (the previous owner) has left and the new policies the Head Office has instituted, Harvey's you can't come soon enough.

Not bad service. But they really need to upgrade the drive thru order screen so you can see the total.

First of all the employees need to take a Customer Service Course.Next I asked for extra pickles, when I received my order there was 2 small pickles. My bf then asked for more and ended up having to get the manager. And last but not least the charge 25 cents per package of ketchup...what a joke
