Dragonfly Cafe - Lismore

A gorgeous king prawns salad with loads of different greens with a delicious dressing. My companions had zucchini fritters which was a great success!

Dragonfly Cafe in Lismore has to be one of the best (if not the best) place for breakfast and lunch in Lismore.It's a lovely restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating.I eat regularly at Dragonfly and on all occasions that I have visited, the staff have been friendly, responsive and fast in their service.The meals are fantastic quality and are brought out to tables very quickly. Even if they're busy. Although much care has been taken in the decor of the inside restaurant, higher quality tables and chairs could be used outside. The chairs often feel flimsy and old. Overall, Dragonfly offers a consistent and high quality experience.

A trip away from home means trying new things especially in my case new cafes!!! Dragonfly caught my eye as it was busy, usually a good sign. Service was great, coffee just to my liking as were the prices, and my banana and walnut loaf was fresh and tasty. Couldnt ask for more really..

Try the Spanish breakfast (all day) and the coffee was awesome. This cafe is not on the main thoroughfare, so parking is good and worth going to try the meals.The staff were very sociable and friendly. They suggested the muffins and slice, which we took home. Great place for a quick coffee or an enjoyable meal. I will definitely be back.

Lismore has several good cafes but when in doubt my family and I go to Dragonfly. The staff are always pleasant despite being busy. The coffee and food are very good, the menu varies to remain interesting, and the wide selection of desserts is made on the premises. The atmosphere is relaxed and the patrons are a cross section of the whole town.
