Black Sombrero - Lismore

I have had a one of the best meatball spaghetti ever from here. Nice clean place and great sitting outside watch people and cars go by

Everything about this restaurant is average, service, food, atmosphere. However, the pricing is quite high for the results. I wasn't disappointed but I wasn't impressed either. I will say that the cocktails are very good, the best part of my dinner there. The entrees were nice but the main meals were a bit of a letdown.

Great food and atmosphere, and really takes the cake as a one of a kind in Lismore. However still have a little to learn in getting alot of food out on time at once.

This was our first visit to the Black Sombrero and I was honestly a bit taken aback as to how busy it was for mid-week - surely a good sign. The staff were super friendly and very attentive. The food came out quickly and was really tasty and very satisfying. I think it was just a tiny bit on the expensive side for Mexican, but when you consider the excellent service and tasty food it probably balances out. Will definitely visit again.

I was excited to find such an authentic looking Mexican but the nachos really lacked any bite expected for a Mexican restaurant! Enjoy the atmosphere and order the chili infused margarita is my recommendation!
