Bidrage med feedbackWe did not feel like a full meal so decided to opt for a creperie and this one is in the middle of one of the main streets. The choice of galettes was the standard fare and each one was definitely made to order, which is good. I had the one alleged to contain sun-dried tomatoes but they seemed to be pulverised to a mushy goo, which was slightly unpleasant against the crispness of the galette. The Breton beer and cider were good.
Arriving in town following the Sunday market and wanting a light lunch we wandered the streets until we came upon this small, 14-16 seat creperie which only had one table available and we decided to give it a try as the plates we saw all looked wonderful. We both had the galette Parisian, a buckwheat crepe filled with ham and cheese and served with a small salad of mache with a lovely vinaigrette, and all for 6€. In addition my husband had a glass of white wine and I had a bowl of cider and our total bill came to 16.10€. The two women who run the restaurant were jovial and, though neither spoke much English, worked very hard to make us feel like welcome guests.
Great crêperie and good hot drink, we enjoyed it.
Délicieuse crêpe gourmand aux mendiants fruits secs de Provence, chocolat noir
Warm welcome, pleasant setting but garnish galettes to see again
