After finishing up at the stores, I was in the mood for a quick tea break. The line was a bit long, but it moved quickly. I really liked the cheese scones here. The tea was hot and refreshing. Overall, I had a nice time.

I have visited the main café a few times recently. During my last visit, I noticed that the workers handling the scones were not following proper hygiene practices. One worker used gloves and tongs to load up a serving container of scones, but another worker handled the scones with her bare hands. Later on, this same worker cleaned up with a dustpan and brush before returning to handle the scones without washing her hands. Today, I saw the same worker brushing crumbs off a plate with her bare hands. Additionally, another worker passed by wearing gloves and then used the same gloved hand to wipe her nose. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the lack of hygiene practices I observed at the café.

Visited again for refreshing tea stop, quite busy but moved quickly, had very welcome pots of tea, nice and hot so as can top up cups, the teacakes were well toasted and plenty of fruit, not just heated, makes all the difference.top marks today.

A great venue for the older generations to enjoy in the afternoon but also a kid friendly spot with a good range of food available but it is a bit pricey on the other hand they do have great quality food.

I typically visit the deli next to the food hall, but it was very crowded and the dishes were not being cleared, which was unpleasant. Additionally, there was an overpowering smell of fish. I decided to try the coffee dock at the entrance instead. Once again, the tables were not being cleared and the queue moved very slowly. The staff seemed disorganized. Despite the challenges, I really needed my coffee so I persevered. However, when I finally got my coffee, the milk was served in a large mug, which was quite unappealing. For a business that prides itself on quality, I believe they need to revisit their standards.
