Pizza Na Brasa - Lisboa

We visited for a late lunch on Thursday, after seeing the Padrão dos Descobrimentos (Monument to the Discoveries) and looking at the Torre de Belem. It was a bit hard to find, as Google maps suggests it 's in a grid of roads, but in reality the previous roads are really little and look like driveways or alleys. From the Torre, you cross the road railway using the footbridge, go uphill and left till you get to a crossroads, go uphill again and then turn left after the Greek embassy. Then keep going straight for about 5 10 minutes. The restaurant is slightly downhill, across the road, when you get to a 'proper ' crossroads. The restaurant 's website said they were open from 12 o 'clock but, in fact, they closed at 3pm we were just in time when we got there. The person who served us spoke great English and was really helpful. We sat outside and enjoyed the view of what felt like a lovely local neighbourhood. The food came really quickly and was delicious. We each ordered 'small ' pizzas and they were a very generous size, and great value. Afterwards we walked downhill, left, right at the embassy and right again to the tram stop, where we caught the 15E back to central Lisbon.

This restaurant is based in a residential area and seemed to be used mainly by locals, which is normally a good sign. My family and I all tried different types of pizzas. The quality is average to good but we still found it reasonable value for money; the small pizzas would satisfy most appetites and the medium pizzas are very large. Service is OK but I suspect they would struggle if the restaurant was busy.

In this restaurant you will find a good set of pizzas to choose from. Tradicionals and some innovators, this is a coll and small place to go to have a nice meal or just seat for a while and relax. A familiar restaurant with tasty food

The seafood pasta tasted like times pasta but the saving grace was the large number of (slightly overcooked) prawns in the sauce. The vegetable soup was delicious. A good place to stop and recharge after visiting the sights of Belem.

Fast and friendly with good food. Stopped by here for a good business lunch. Good choice menu for €7.50 for a main course.
