Maharaja - Lisboa

We were staying locally and visited here for dinner. We tend to try and find a curry house wherever we go and this was one of the best. Absolutely delicious. Warm welcome and reasonably priced. Only criticism is that the service was almost too good and we didn’t get enough time between courses! Wish we’d been in Lisbon longer so we could have returned.

Superb experience! Brilliant food- very tasty, and reasonably priced the owner is lovely! Would definitely return and highly recommend!!

This was just down the street from our AirBnb so we thought we would try out. We were the only people in the restaurant for the hour we were there (just after opening), which was a bit disconcerting. But the young man serving us was very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our food. Alcohol ordered was reasonably priced as well (small wine 3.50 euros).

Decided to visit here due to the previous ratings, very glad we did, I ordered a curry not on the menu, no problem and tasted amazing, good size portions and all very tasty. The only issue is that’s it’s situated in a side street and the taxi driver couldn’t find it. Got there eventually!! Food ordered onion Bhaji, madras curry, rogon josh, garlic nan, rice and potato dish, with drinks 40 euros!! Bargain!! Actually brought most of it back to hotel as portion sizes great. Prob best Indian I have ever had in Europe!

Great food and very attentive staff. All the dishes were absolutely delicious, including my vegetarian friend's dish.
