We ordered two house beers were told they weren’t available only to see someone else be served them. Ok this could be a language issue. The beers we did order had still not arrived 15 minutes later until I went to the counter and asked. Burgers were barely tepid. Given they had taken over half an hour I would have expected them to be at least hot.

Called in early on a Saturday evening so no other clients. Tried to order a G&T but (despite being able to see the bottles of gin! the server didn't understand. Burgers were amazing, cooked rare to order, as were the fries. We wanted a dessert but gave up waiting for the server to come back.

Very good restaurant! A lot of interesting burgers to choose from, especially the burger a la Francesinha won our hearts. We ate there two days in a row during our short stay in Lisbon because we didn't have enough of them :

Walked past this restaurant a few times the smell wafting was always lovely so we went in it did not disappoint. Your given a piece of paper to mark off what type of Burger you want, what type of bun,what Toppings you want the prices seemed very cheap indeed.I had mine with sweet potatoe but they were more like crisps very thin slices but very tasty ,I got chorizo on mine it was lovely we also had red berry lemonade which was truly scrumptious for two we did not pay over €20 it seemed very popular, the service is not quick if you are in a hurry but worth waiting for indeed..very impressed

My husband and I were staying three nights pre-cruise at the Pestana Palace Hotel. We decided to venture out of the hotel to the LX Factory to have dinner. The LX Factory is about a 12 minute walk from the hotel. We found it to be a younger crowd, fairly trendy, and lots of cigarette smokers. So, we decided to head back to the hotel to see what else we could find. About 1/2 way back to the hotel we spotted Hamburges. We peeked in the window and it looked like a cute place, plus it was very clean. So we decided to give it a try. We were warmly greeted right away, seated, and were given instructions on how to order from their build your own burger menu. You can either have one of their signature gourmet burgers, or you can choose your toppings. We decided to build our own burger, and ordered ours cooked medium. One of the things that both my husband and I really enjoy are grilled onions on a burger, so we both selected this as a choice. This restaurant was extremely generous with the portion of grilled onions they added on to the burger. The burgers were cooked to perfection, just slightly pink in the middle, and served on a very soft brioche bun. Honestly, I have to say 5 GOLD STARS, it was a TOP 10 BURGER!!! Although there are condiments on the table, I asked for garlic mayo, which was really delicious! Also served with the burger is a side of fries, which were also really delicious. In summary, the service was fantastic, the burgers out of this world delicious, and it was only about $20 for dinner including drinks! Win/Win! On the menu were also options for vegetarians as well as some salads. There was also a pretty extensive beverage selection which included beer and wine. I highly recommend this restaurant!. Oh, and another table of six seated next to us were also on our trip, and they told us they really enjoyed it too.
