Escolha Natura - Lisboa

Really healthy and varied vegan food! The desserts all also very good and without sugar. Free tea and great ambience. I recomend the big dish, fresh juice and dessert!

After reading reviews on Escolha Natura I knew I had to come to experience the food (and get everything on a large plate). I feel so nourished after eating here. My meal cost less than 10 euros. Staff were friendly. It's a shame they aren't open for dinner, but I do love a hearty lunch!

We inadvertently came across this restaurant while going to the local grocery store. We saw the line for lunch and inquired about the restaurant. It serves excellent vegetarian and vegan options. The locals in line told us it was a meal that was not to be missed. The restaurant currently has the option for online ordering, which unfortunately, was unsuccessful for us Americans as it required a local phone to login to the app. We had the lunch option and agree that this is a hidden gem with fantastic food. It was a welcome change to the meat-centric Lisbon traditional food. We would be very happy to come back here. Some tips: try to come early as the lunch options may sell out and save room for the delicious dessert! And try the fresh fruit juice!
