Rally's - Lipscomb

Rally's should just go ahead and close them ALL DOWN!! They are NOT as good as they USED to be and FRANKLY they have SUCKED since they discontinued the SMOKIN' SAUSAGE!! BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!! I have NEVER been able to get them (Checker's) to put EXTRA ONIONS on my burger so to me, THEY ARE USELESS!! Since the pandemic has begun they have had staffing problems (2) people per restaurant ? JUST......BYE!................... BYE!

Hey, normally I wouldn 't be caught dead at a Rallys drive through. On this occasion I was with my mother in law. So number one I was told we were going there, and 2 I was so tired on this day that I couldn 't even begin to protest. Let me say that myvexperience was much better then expected. The reason, strongly enough, the si zz z. ngle workerE0Ceration. He was friendly, efficient, and best of all his attitude was beyond jncredi!ble. When we said can 't believe you are having to run this place by yourself. He replied, Awe, this is nothing, I like being busy. His attitude was on point. If more workers were as positive as this dude. I wouldn 't have to point out the idiots at some of these places. Oh and the food, well it was Rallys.

I had a great experience today it was all because of Thomas Netta! They both had great customer service made sure my food was fresh. Very positive attitudes from both of them I hope this is seen by someone in upper management so they can be compensated for their work ethic.

This location is in bad shape. Not presentable at all. The menu on one side is completely busted and torn down. The speaker on the side that works is busted to where they can hardly hear your order to where you have to repeat it a number of times and they still get it wrong. They haven't been able to print receipts for who knows how long and today that had NO ice for beverages. Please clean this place up.

I’ll never forget over the summer the bald feminine manager with glasses told me he would remember my face all because he gave me a rally burger with no lettuce and when I asked for a refund because I enjoy a fully dressed sandwich, he snatched the bag and said that. Lol and he still works there: I stopped by Friday, saw him in drive thru and took off: you don’t have to worry about me eating there anymore. Calling corporate did nothing. I felt like it was unnecessary but hey.
