Feggarognema Tavern - Liopetri

We were disappointed when we visited a traditional Cypriot restaurant and found out they did not have Moussaka or a vegetarian menu available. My husband's spaghetti carbonara was dry and tasteless, while my fish was just okay. The food took over 45 minutes to arrive, making for a very poor dining experience overall. Dinner cost around €15-20 per person. Food and service were both rated a 1 out of 5, while the atmosphere was given a 2.

Tavern nothing exceptional. In 20 days on the island and dozens of restaurants tried, here is perhaps where we ate the worst, with an almost empty tavern we waited 50 minutes for a mussaka (if you can call it that, because it was cold inside, tasteless and water was dripping, so clearly thawed). The grilled chicken is not bad but nothing exceptional. The tavern itself is also nice but unfortunately the food is not up to par as regards the price which is also too high for the place where it is located. I highly recommend the delicious fish meze at this restaurant! The staff is friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a great dining experience. The service, food, and atmosphere were all excellent. Would definitely come back!

On a Friday evening, several families arrived at the restaurant. Despite only having three staff members serving, everyone was well taken care of. My Kleftiko was tender but lacking in seasoning, and my partner had to send her Moussaka back because it was not hot in the middle. The plate of fruit served at the end only consisted of chopped banana, apple, and some grapes, which could have been improved with a dash of honey or cinnamon. Overall, the service was good, with a rating of 5 out of 5, while the food received a 4 out of 5. The atmosphere was pleasant, earning a rating of 5 out of 5. The price per person for dinner was between €20–25.
