We found this restaurant through Trip Adviser. The food was delicious. Service was great as well. I tried the ravioli and was so happy that they make them like my Mom does with mint in the ricotta. My family also enjoyed pizza, other pasta. and steak. The prices were great for all the wonderful food. Make sure you try the hazelnut cookies at the end. Delicious!
Franco, his wife Teresa and right hand Emmanuel took us this evening once again on a journey through delicious and delicate tastes even simple and tradicionel ingredients are magically transformed into fantastic flavours. We have been coming here for years and have been surprised every time again and never been dissapointed. For sure the best restaurant in the region!
From the outside the place does not attract too much. It's almost anonymous. the interior also deserved to be reconsidered to take on a greater personality. However. at the golden plate there is substance, a lot of substance, starting from the friendly welcome and the effective way to present the dishes. about the latter, should be reported among the first at least the ravioli with filling of ricotta and mint and the soft (and goose) ears to the sauce of sausage. if the mixed grill of lamb and veal (very the first,) the abundantly served vegetables were also memorable, with peaks of excellence in the drain (return with dried peppers) and in the broccoli of grated bread. all was accompanied by a taurasis of purity, coming from the rows of the nearby chestnut, whose bouquet magically enchanted the table. Congratulations, Mr. Francis, and thank you for the experience!
I was at lunch during a business break. a quiet location and a friendly service. the really great food and the price definitely right: really recommended for a work break in which to reconcile with life and with the goto to eat well.
