Jimmy John's - Linthicum

Had a decent sandwich delivered by Uber. What got me was the size of potato salad for $4, about a buck a bite.Forget the sides, sandwiches are good.

I been going here for about a year now the lady who didn’t know English at the register gave me the wrong sandwich with no bread on and and said it was the one I order rudely with no refunds or anything they remade the sandwich and forget to put on topping.

The cashier was very hard to understand. English did not seem to be her first language. I asked her to repeat her questions repeatedly. My order came out quickly and was what I ordered. The sub was placed on the counter without comment. I bagged it and got the napkins. The staff seemed disinterested in providing any customer service.

I can’t seem to find a sandwich I like at this restaurant, but things always seem fresh and service at this location was great. There were problems with the web

40 minute wait even after ordering ahead. Awful location with employees that barely speak English.Parking: 4 spots in front of the store and a lot at the one end. Other spots all have signs for other locations.
