We feel ABGEZOCKT and would probably not order again at Le Feu Essen. Tonight at Le Feu we ordered three flashcakes (2x hearty, 1x sweet and a Mini Bol to pick up. In advance we decided on the homepage or Menu described possibility of ordering a flame cake with two different halves. On the phone, however, we were told that this was only possible with a local consumption, but instead they would prepare 2 small flame cakes (described on the menu as Petit Flamecake). We were reminded that the Petit Flamecakes per piece are 4,00€ cheaper than the normally large ones. So we would be ca. 33,00€ instead of originally only pay about 25,00€. Since we didn't want to miss out on the option to try different charges, we agreed. When we picked up the flame cake and opened at home, however, we were more than surprised: instead of the four paid Petit flame cakes, we found one normally large flame cake with two differently occupied halves, so actually the version we originally wanted and we were told that this was only possible on site. However, we have paid just under 10,00€ more for the Petit version! This feels very much like abstaining....!! The flame cakes were OK, but not more. The home-made dressing of the Bol was also unfortunately a final dressing of Develey. Shame!

We would have ordered a table. Unknowing but no confirmation. At arrival, the place was obviously full. The responsible employee informed me about the table reservation and necessary confirmation. But then, despite the reduction with staff, finished a table for us (3 people). Also our order was quick and very friendly. We were happy and satisfied. We can recommend this restoration.
