Bp - Lindisfarne

Possibly the worst car wash i have ever used, foaming brush just spits out brown water every now and again, AVOID

Finally decided to write something about the fuel station, First of all, last week I went to wash my car, but instead I made mess of my mats of my car, the floor of the car wash is just gross. Today I went to fuel up and there was a lady leaning on the counter looked like she was chilling and seeing me she wasn’t definitely happy. I asked her how she was instead of any answer she said “number 1 50 dollars”. Then I was trying to tap my card but the efpos wasn’t responding after that as per her logic I tried to remove my card from card cover to tap it still wasn’t going through. She then snapped the card from my hand without asking me tapped herself. It wasn’t nice. She definitely has no idea about customer service. No greetings no thank you. The lady wasn’t wearing any uniform. She was wearing a black and white striped top. Not gonna come back here. Really unprofessional service.

She is a middle-aged woman with white hair and glasses. Her attitude towards me is very rude and rude. I cheer at bp every day. I don’t want to come here again.

Had always a good experience there in BP. I usually use the BPme app so convenient that I paid my fuel through my phone. But if you use BP Lindisfarne HUBB to pick up your parcel, I DONT RECOMMEND it. I have a notification that my parcel has been delivered Friday 7:42am and ready for collection. When I went there at around 1:30 pm the guy at the counter asked me for an ID and he checked then saying my parcel is not there yet and he said I have to comeback 530pm for others also has to come back at that time for they usually receive the deliveries at 530pm. It is so INCONVENIENT. Im not sure if he knows how to check the system in giving out the parcels. I went to check the AUSPOST LINDISFARNE and even told me that it has been delivered to 170 East Derwent Highway. That is the exact address of BP LINDISFARNE. Will see again at 530pm.
