I had a delightful two-course lunch featuring squid followed by steak pie and mash for one person, while the other enjoyed herb-crusted cod on smashed new potatoes with lemon posset. I've never stayed here, but I definitely would if the need arises. The food is consistently excellent, and the service is equally good. If you're planning to eat here, make sure to make a reservation, as the place fills up quickly. Service: 4/5, Location: 4/5.
