Manager is never there. a large piece of steel was loose on the parking lot (on her plot) I ran over her and hit the floor of my car, now my car is hurt and nobody will answer me. the personal has no idea who the manager is. I called every day to get answers and not answer. find it soou irresponsible. I can't believe that sub way represents personal so irresponsible!

They are too busy on their handys to wait for customers. if they disturb, they do not wear masks!!!

I haven't gone here since the new management took over, for the same reason I never went under the old management. When the place opened a few years ago the sign out front was announcing a Super Bowl promotion. The game was in February and it was July before they changed the message. Made me wonder If they don't change the sign, do they ever change the meat? Now the sign says Under New Management and something about Uber Eats for about the last 6 or 7 months. Ok, but the letters have been falling off and bunching up on top of each other almost since they first put it up. either due to weather or vandalism I guess. The point is that they see that sorry-looking sign every single day and never fix it. How can I trust them to provide fresh and safe food to eat? Between the sign, the negative reviews about opening late closing early, and the fact that the management has never responded to a single Google review (probably doesn't even read them) tells me that they just don't care about anything at all, and that's a real problem when you're in the food business. People could get sick.
