Red Lobster Lincolnwood

It was ok. Limited options were kids. Very small portions

Red Lobster has been one of my favorite restaurants for many years. However, this lunch did not live up to previous experiences. The main reason is that our waitress was very slow which in turn meant that the food wasn't piping hot when it was served. Now-a-days, there is a device on your table so that you can pay your bill with your credit card. I don't like this device because I couldn't see the bill (maybe the itemization was available and I didn't realize it). I also don't like the way the restaurant includes options for tip, and the tip is based on the cost AFTER tax is added in rather than pre-tax the way it should be.

The food was good, but it took some time to be seated because they were busy. The server was attentive and made sure we were well taken care of.

The service and food were excellent. It made for a fantastic birthday dinner. Thank you!

I enjoyed walking in and being seated immediately—no lines or waiting! Our server was excellent and quite attentive. Although she had many tables to manage, I understood the occasional delays. I will definitely be returning soon!
