Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

The service at the restaurant was not only fast and friendly, but also very well managed. I accidentally left without my credit card, but Yvonne noticed right away and called to Kelly to stop me. Kelly quickly ran out into the parking lot and caught me just before I drove away. Since we don’t live in Lincolnton, I was especially thankful for their help in returning my card. We will certainly be back!

We had a terrible experience at this restaurant, primarily due to the rude behavior of the manager. When we ordered barbecue wings for my daughter, he bluntly informed us that barbecue sauce was not included and that we would need to pay extra for it. Seriously? This was our first and last visit. It’s evident that kindness isn’t part of the training for management here. Your attitude and lack of understanding really make me question how you ended up in this role.

Food is really good. The prices are good. The service was really awesome. Overall, it's a great place to eat.

Zaxby's chicken is just a good as I remembered... I was stopping off on my drive back home to visit but oh man it hit the spot! They're very clean, friendly, and well stocked on all that yummy Zax sauce.

Quick service, yummy food, and great employees. The inside of the store seems very well maintained and cleaned.
