I'm giving Pelican a 5 star! This place is a beautiful place to go for children. I appreciate the owners of the NO SMOKING AREA in the picnic area where children play. That would be unrespectful for the young children to even smoke while enjoying a snow cone!! Thank you. Pelikanen to open! I deceived all winter! I love you!

Coconut pineapple with coconut cream is the best love this place it is real snowballs like if you were a child, need to try at least once when you are in Boger City area you will be hooked
