Bidrage med feedbackDelicious treats and friendly staff. A wide selection of choices too.
They are dangerous! Be careful! You will walk in and see a few cakes and cookies.... and then you take a deeper look and see a variety that parallels the largest bakeries on the planet. If you can imagine it, they probably have it. If they have it, it's probably delicious. Everything we tried sure was. You need to stop and have a look, it's worth the time!
Unassuming on the outside. Went in for a snack in the afternoon and went back the next day for breakfast. Savory or sweet are amazing. Eat this food.
I ordered mini cupcakes for a birthday. They were very responsive and easy to work with over email. Cupcakes were beautifully prepared!
When I took my first sip, I found there was no foam on my latte, which was disappointing, and my friend's mocha tasted like warm chocolate milk. The sweetness was overwhelming—it felt like pure sugar, and the coffee itself was quite weak; by the end of it, I was left with a sickly-sweet milk and just a hint of coffee and chocolate. As for the vegan pastries, I took a peek at the display case, but it was dominated by an assortment of meat and cheese-filled items, cupcakes, and cakes. Eventually, I noticed the vegan and gluten-free cupcakes tucked away on a bookshelf. They weren't refrigerated, unlike everything else on display, and there were only three options: vanilla, caramel, and pumpkin spice. After trying the pumpkin spice cupcake, which crumbled apart, it was clear they were at least a day old. As soon as I pointed it out, the staff quickly took them away. None of the pastries appealed to me, so I left empty-handed. My friend, who isn’t fully vegan, tried a cream cheese and jalapeño bagel and a slice of seven-layer cake. He described the bagel as overly greasy and not very good. He managed only a few bites of the seven-layer cake and found it interesting but way too sweet. He was quite disappointed and ended up tossing it in the trash, which is rare for him. The staff at the counter were friendly enough, but they seemed to be going through the motions without much engagement or effort. They also appeared a bit confused by someone asking for vegan treats. Considering the lackluster coffee and the greasy baked goods, the price was quite steep—almost $30! Perhaps they were having an off day, but neither my friend nor I would choose to return to this overpriced and underwhelming bakery.
