Togo's Sandwiches - Lincoln

I used to eat at Togo's in a different location and I was so used the way they made sandwiches there. (They didn't make attractive sandwiches there.)This Togo's on Ferrari Ranch makes really good sandwiches! I like how the bread is fluffy. The reason for my 4 stars is the customer service. I tried this place a few times but the workers are never friendly. They are in the back and only come out when a customer comes in. No warm greeting or friendliness. If they improve the customer service, I would give them 5 stars. I will still go back there because I like their sandwiches.

Walked in no customers, all the employees were in the back chatting. A girl comes out of the back takes my order. I ordered two hot 9 French Dips to go, I asked for them to be toasted cheese melted. Get home opened the sandwiches they weren't toasted, cold cheese meat, barely any meat, nothing like the picture they have on their menu or commercials, basically all bread. We ended up taking 1 sandwich put all the meat on half threw out the other half of the bread. The other sandwich we added lunch meat we had at home. The aujus was watered down had no flavor at all. Very disappointed after spending $25.00 bucks, we won't be going back here again. So sad Togo's used to be so good once upon a time.

TOGO'S sandwiches are my favorite, so when I have a choice, I go to TOGO'S. Especially if I want a great pastrami sandwich. The food and service is great ?.

Hot pastrami is supposed to be hot. Not cold and slimy. Server didn't care about customer service. She did a sloppy job. I think I am done here.

I ordered the Turkey and cranberry sandwich, ate half of it and ended up with very bad intestinal upset so I threw the the rest away. I suspect the turkey was spoiled. My husband ordered the new hot pastrami sandwich and said the meat was full of so much fat he couldn't bite through the meat. We won't be returning ever!
