Starbucks - Lincoln

The drinks are good, but my main complaint about coffee shops is their iced coffee. I always request light ice, and so far, the only place that really accommodates this is Scooter’s. I’m pretty disappointed, though not surprised, that Starbucks doesn’t handle light ice requests for my mobile orders either. Update: I filled out a feedback form expressing my dissatisfaction and received a refund. I tried again, this time ordering in person, and they actually gave me light ice! I'm a bit let down that mobile orders don't seem to get the same attention, but I suppose that's just how it is.

I absolutely love this location! They consistently serve up delicious drinks. A big shoutout to the dedicated employees who are doing an amazing job despite being short-staffed. I truly appreciate you, your tasty offerings, and your positive attitude!

This is the closest Starbucks to my apartment and I come here frequently. My coffee is always made really good! However, there are times I get some really rude staff. But not every time luckily!

Let's begin with the service... IT WAS FANTASTIC!!! Rebecca brought incredible energy and had a wonderful attitude. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted, but she figured it out and got genuinely excited to make it. I would definitely return just for her. Coffee gets 5 stars, while the barista deserves 10 stars!

There is definitely a need for improvement in customer service skills. While I understand that I can't base my entire rating on this aspect alone, it’s why I’m giving this place three stars. If someone struggles with customer service or is unhappy in their job, perhaps they should consider finding a different position. Typically, I visit this Starbucks weekly and always use the drive-thru without any issues. However, today was my first time placing a mobile order and entering the store. Unfortunately, the two women I interacted with had unhelpful attitudes. Additionally, if my customized order doesn't come through correctly on your end, that’s a technical issue with Starbucks, not mine!
