Outback Steakhouse - Lincoln

Not my favorite, my steak is always cooked over when I rarely order my steak med I want to see red meat.

Our server was very pleasant, she was prompt, and knowledgeable. The appetizer came promptly, our dinner salads came shortly after. And our entrees were perfect. The only thing I would say that I noticed was on our coconut shrimp there was not nearly enough of the marmalade sauce, and some of the shrimp weren't covered enough with the coconut. Fairly minor things. Certainly did not detract from the experience. We would certainly come back again time and time again.

While visiting family we went to Outback to celebrate my son's birthday. Called ahead to let them know that there would be 7 of us and what time. this was on a Tuesday. Restaurant wasn't busy but still had to wait for table to be set up. Waitress was bad. had to ask for plates to be removed from table, didn't ask if we wanted more bread, left drink sitting at the bar for over 10 minutes. Bartender brought it out right before we were leaving. After i got home (live in Arizona) noticed on my bank account that the amount charged was more than my receipt stated. Looks like an additional tip was added. Called manager on Friday to report this, was promised that another manager or her would call me back on Saturday. It is now Sunday and NO call. Obviously they don't care about customer service and its ok to alter the amount on receipt. Will not be going back there. Had a terrible experience with one of the Outback's here in Arizona and thought i would give them another try. Not going back to either.

We had the best evening at Outback last night. Alana was our server and she was so attentive to every detail. So prompt. The salad was so beautiful and tasted great. The steak was perfection. We also met Shaun, the kitchen manager who was so friendly. We will be back. I hope we get Alana again to serve us.

This is the Outback Steakhouse I remember from years back. They have improved their service and quality of food. Morgan was our server and she was very attentive ! Classic fosters beer on draft and cooked just right med rare ribeye bone in. Delicious ! Not over cooked like most places. Plenty of food. Prices are reasonable. Will definitely be back ! Thank you outback ..the only negative is the Ceaser salad used to be better. I'd recommend more dark leaf Romain and that tangy Ceaser a dressing you all used to serve ! But over all the best hidden Gem in Lincoln Ne
