Kfc Kentucky Fried Chicken - Lincoln

I placed an order through the KFC app, but when I arrived, my food wasn't ready. It seemed like they accidentally gave it to someone in the drive-thru. I ended up waiting for 5-10 minutes while they remade my order, with no communication from the staff. Also, the chicken sandwich I received had a pink color to it, although the rest of the food was acceptable.

I don't want to compare the staff to third graders, as that would be unfair to them. I ordered a 12-piece meal but only received 9. It's important to double-check your orders!

1. We ordered an 18-piece bucket of all dark meat extra crispy. Initially, they said they couldn’t accommodate us, but then they agreed, saying it would take 20 minutes. In the end, we received a 12-piece mixed meat bucket with regular chicken instead. 2. We asked for two sides of mashed potatoes without gravy, along with one corn and one mac and cheese. Instead, we were given one mashed potato, one coleslaw, and a half-full mac and cheese. 3. On top of that, we didn’t receive a receipt. This seems to happen every time we visit around 8 PM, even though they close at 10 PM. I’ve noticed that while the staff is busy cleaning up, they tell drive-thru customers that they’re out of certain items. If the manager or owner is wondering why sales are low, I can assure them it’s not due to a lack of customers. If you’re looking for fried chicken, I recommend going to the Safeway deli next door. It’s cheaper, your order will be accurate, and the flavor is comparable.

My drive thru experience with a 3 pc tender combo: No napkins, no dipping sauce, a diet Pepsi (didn't order diet), an opened cookie, and half size tenders. Okay, so I have to go inside only to find they do NOT have any napkins, they do NOT have anyPepsi, they did give me another cookie and two ranch dips, but the tenders are what they are. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Extremely dissatisfied!!! The prices have gone up quite a bit and the chicken seemed very stale. We usually order the 3 piece original recipe meal with white meat and we felt pressured to buy the drink, when what we wanted was the chicken, mashedpotatoes, coleslaw and biscuit. They also substituted wrong item on my friends order. He ordered mashed potatoes and mac cheese, crispy recipe with a biscuit. Instead he received coleslaw and Mac cheese with his order. Very disappointed!
