I placed my order at the drive-thru. The portions were small and pricey. The jalapeno poppers were tiny and there were not enough onion rings. There were not many vegetarian options available. They should consider adding more options and creating amazing burgers.

I stopped for a quick bite between shopping. I just ordered a little Jr Bacon the value fries. I 'm not the kind to nitpick at all, but for whatever reason I got quite a few very small, super crisp ones and a lot of ones under a 1/2 inch.No big deal but I NEVER eat fast food and it was disappointing for my cheat meal. I walked in and the girl who helped me at the window happened to come up front to help me again. She was VERY sweet immediately said We 'll remake them for you! WITH A SMILE ?(Makes all the difference!)I stopped to tell her manager as I left. Not all jobs are easy. Many service jobs come with dealing with unpleasant people often. Someone who brings such a sincere smile to work has a better day, I promise you!If you 're going to do a job, do it well. This very lovely young gal is DOING IT WITH EXCELLENCE.Thank you!

I occasionally visit this restaurant during my lunch break. The drive thru staff are courteous, friendly, and efficient, which I greatly appreciate since I only have 30 minutes for my breaks. They always prepare my order correctly, so I no longer have to double check the bag. The food is consistently served hot and appears to be prepared with more attention to detail compared to other fast food restaurants. I truly value the staff at this location!

The food is prepared haphazardly and often arrives cold. If they manage to get your order correct, that would be a surprise.

This restaurant abruptly closed its doors and shut down the drive-thru during peak dining hours without providing any explanation to customers. It appears that they needed a 30-minute break around 6pm on a regular weekday (Monday, 2/28/22). This demonstrates poor management of staff scheduling and customer service. If the turnover rate is so high that they cannot adequately staff the restaurant without shutting down operations for a break, perhaps they should consider closing down permanently and allowing a more efficient business to take over this prime location.
