Gingersnaps Bakery - Lincoln

Kayla and her team did an absolutely stunning job making the dessert table for our wedding! The process was easy, smooth and everything tasted so good! We got so many compliments from our family, friends and even the workers at the venue! Everything was PERFECT-we cannot thank you enough!!

First time July 14. Not impressed and won't be back. The strawberry and lemon macarons were flavorless, the turtle cupcake was dry, very little filling and the frosting was flavorless and had the texture and density of shortening. The brownies were dry. The peanut butter stuffed cookie was soft but the peanut butter taste was scant.The gingersnap cookie was decent.Very disappointing especially since their Google review was 4.5.

The cookies at Gingersnaps are so yummy! We had custom cookies made for our Disney Fairy Tale Wedding. We gave them as favors at my Bridal Shower Bachelorette party and everyone loved them. My niece also loves the edible cookie dough!

I'm not known for eating sweets or desserts, but after traveling to NH with some friends, one of our party members brought some sweets for dessert and I caved in. Had some delicious S'mores treats. WOW!!! Totally understand why people love their sweets and you'll most likely love them even more if they're from Ginger Snaps! Well Done!!!

A video popped up on my FYP on TikTok. A couple weeks pass, but I couldn't hold out longer.After seeing the stuffed cookies, I knew I had to try them. Quick trip from Boston and right into bakery heaven. I admit I was skeptical the stuffed cookies would be more on the dry side, maybe even hard. I mean... look at them. They're so thick.I took them home after a bit popped the s'mores in the microwave. Not dry. Definitely not hard... So moist. So rich. So soft... but with the perfect crispness on the edge. Where have these been all my life?!?!I also grabbed a brownie a chocolate chip Nutella stuffed cookie, which I will share with friends later. I am sure they will be just as impressed as I was.Great atmosphere. Packaging was very nice to travel home with. The people were kind and warm. This is a lovely place to treat yourself support local business.
