Bidrage med feedbackI usually don't eat cookies and Gravy, but I tried my friend, and have to say they were probably the best I ever had. We also had pancakes that were HUGE and there with the best ever. The veggie omelet and home fries tasted like it came from Grandmas cuisine... no restaurant. The staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast is served all day. The special comes with Dessert! We were just through, but we have to make plans to go through again.
My husband and I often stop for breakfast or lunch on our way through Lincoln and the other reviews are not wrong. This is a small place Diner, the staff is friendly, everything looks clean and the food is about what you would expect from a street café. When we wanted to finish our lunch, we heard the coughs coming from the back room. We got our check and try not to touch anything we hadn't touched, and have made a line for the door when the cough reinforced. Our astonishment from the kitchen was a young woman in a apron that was unable to stop coughs. It wasn't a cigarette hacker that had been bad enough, but most likely from a cold or flu. If you look at my other reviews, you will see that a really bad review of me is very rare. If I would only rate this place on the food, I would say that it is average, but if the owner lacks the good sense to keep sick employees at home, we are concerned about the back-the-scene cleanliness. We'll never set foot in this facility.
Love keeps on traveling. Breakfast and lunch are both good. Friendly staff fast service. I like how they'll subjugate things to fulfill my diaries.
This cafe is on Hwy 65 in Lincoln, MO. It's EZ when you get Thiru Lincoln. I'll make it a point for breakfast every 4-6 weeks. I'd go more often, but I just can't get too much. I've never had a breakfast there that couldn't scratch. The service was always good the servers friendly. Over the years I have found that you often get back what you do in kindness. I like people, so I generally try to treat people as I want to be treated. It looks pretty good to work in restaurants. I don't think my attitude has much influence on what comes from the kitchen, but. All my experiences at Shirley's Cafe lead me to think that they know what they do, they are proud to do it well! They are only open for breakfast and close about 2 o'clock. If you get the chance, you will be satisfied with the food, service prices.
