Order the market salad. You forgot to pack Ciabatta bread with order. Take the elevator down to get my bread. Then I go to my room to eat and I don't have a fork and the salad is missing the mandarin oranges. Very disappointing, least to say.

Had breakfast here. The worst breakfast I have ever had. It looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for several days. Must be a college town. Judging by the level of sub par performance of every single thing I encounter at this hotel.

Be advised!!! Sorry, it takes a lot for me to post a complaint, but... food took 40 minutes when there were only 8 other people in the place. We ordered nachos... the cheese had no flavor, all the other toppings were missing. No sour cream and salsa either. My steak salad had good steak, but only 10 bits of spinach, the vinaigrette was a watered-down sweet sour sauce. It was awful! My husband ordered a flatbread that SOUNDED good... Soggy, flavorless, terribly small for the price. We actually threw away $40 worth of food. We do not do that! It was one of our 3 top worst restaurant experiences ever.

Ordered 3 Dinners 3 total service failures even when your client has special dietary requests you fail to accurately prepare orders Dinner 1 ordered Gluten free low carb it came with a bun mashed potatoes .. no onions there were onions mashed potatoes cold . 2 nd dinner slightly better but mashed potatoes cold 3 chicken low carb received luke warm again potatoes cold ordered breakfast 3 times low carb received while hot the attitude from kitchen staff is atrocious 3 strikes your out will have to address this to corporate

The bbq burger is the only good thing they have. The black guy that works evenings is obnoxious, rude and has a smart mouth. Be prepared to wait about 20 minutes to be acknowledged/get a menu and 60 minutes to get your food.
