Zizzi - Lincoln

The Vegan food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious. I have been a few times and have never been disappointed.

Overall, my experience at the restaurant was just okay. The risotto I ordered was mushy, but I didn't send it back because I was hungry. My friend's food was served cold and she did send it back, but it was returned still cold. The waiter was friendly and talkative, but the waitress seemed clueless when asked simple questions. The food and wine were brought to our table quickly.

I really enjoy the wood-fired pizza at this restaurant. However, I wish the toppings were more generous. The atmosphere is pleasant, but it can be a bit noisy. The kids love the children's menus, coloring activities, and receiving a balloon. The desserts are delicious and the service is polite.

Visited Saturday 2nd Jan, service and food/wine enjoyable although I believe overpriced. Staff in different uniform, one guy with trousers and shirt/jumper which I wouldn't expect when paying the prices on offer,

New Year... Pouring with rain... Good for city centre theme food, modern decor with good range of dishes nicely prepared and tasty, staff attentive, music a little to loud if any of your party use hearing aids but conversation possible. For pre or post show, ideal and in the summer must be even nicer.
