Historic museum with restaurant. Fine dining with limited seating and very attentive service

This has to be one, if not the best meals I have had (anywhere, full stop)The food is outstanding and the service was exquisite.

Exquisite modern European fare with some clever Asian inspired twists. The warm bread delivered to the table set expectations high, but still course after course raised the bar. Lamb was out of stock, given the restaurant’s dedication to expert and possibly local sourcing, only that lamb would do. No problem at all, it was substituted with one of the best beef dishes we’ve ever experienced. Complex and wholesome at the same time. Dessert and petit fours left a lasting impression, particularly the white chocolate covered orange jelly. An excellent place to dine in a historic part of Lincoln.

It was a special meal for my wife's birthday and I could not have picked a better restaurant. The whole occasion was perfect, we both enjoyed it very much as it was an unique experience.
